Elastomeric Pipe Flanges

• Rubberfab Elastomeric Pipe Flanges are face to face, to provide a tight seal without gaskets. Fabric reinforced flange construction withstands compression stress during bolt link-up.
• Flange drilling conforms to class 125# or 159# cast iron; 250# or 300# steel, unless otherwise specified.
• Split steel retaining rings can be supplied to prevent damage to the flange when bolts are tightened. Since there is no metal contact, electrolysis is eliminated.
• Parts can be custom designed and constructed for special applications. Rubberfab engineers will personally work with clients in the design of special parts, the choice of elastomers for chemical compatibility and the most efficient application of Rubberfab pipe fittings.
