SBR liners are repairable. All liners are custom made and available within 2-3 weeks!

CHIMNEY LINERS

Rubberfab recently designed and manufactured expandable concrete formers for use in home construction. These formers are used in connection with either new or reconstruction of chimney openings. In place, they are inflated by air and expanded like a balloon. Then, while inflated, material is poured around them and allowed to harden.

After the curing process, the form is deflated and removed, leaving a solid outline with a smooth round hole in the middle, which in this case is the vent. Rubberfab engineers have been asked to manufacture these in various lengths, up to 40 feet and various diameters, as small as 3” and as large as 12”.

At Rubberfab, engineers have developed a product lighter in weight and more durable than any other formers being made.  Research staff members are also continuing to examine other applications for this type of expandable, reusable tube in construction applications. These are used for bridge construction, drainage forming, building continuous pour foundation and silo work for water, electrical conduit, and other crossroads.
